The Central Patent Library (CPL) of the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria has been established in 1964 and is a department of the Patent Office as of 1993.
The library is also the central information centre in the field of industrial property in Bulgaria providing a wide range of information services to the public mostly free of charge.

In the reading room you can study all these publications and ask questions on haw to use the patent literature and on all aspects of the protection of the industrial property rights.
You can also perform different kinds of assisted by the library's staff searches in the field of patents, marks and dåsigns.
The library's Client Service facility, equipped with 4 computer workstations, provides access to the information on electronic carriers as well as to the free databases on the internet.
At the Patent Library copies of all kind of documents can be done.
The Central Patent Library is open to the public Monday through Friday, from 9:00 - 12.00 & 13:00 - 16:00.
