Montenegro joins TMview
As of 12 March 2018 the Intellectual Property Office of Montenegro (IPOM) has made its trade mark data available to the TMview search tool.
The integration of IPOM is a concrete result of the International Cooperation programme managed by EUIPO in collaboration with its international partners.
With IPOM on board TMview now contains data from 63 participating offices.
With the addition of more than 15.000 trade marks from IPOM TMview provides information and access to more than 48,4 million trade marks in total.    
Since the introduction of TMview on 13 April 2010 the tool has served more than 39,8 million searches from 157 different countries, with Spain, Germany and Italy among the most frequent users.

Malaysia joins TMview
As of 12 December 2016 The Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO) has made its trade mark data available to the TMview search tool.
MyIPO first joined ASEAN TMview which was developed by the Intellectual Property Offices of the ASEAN Member States with the support of the EU-ASEAN Project on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (ECAP III Phase II) administered by EUIPO.
MyIPO’s decision to join TMview is a result of the EUIPO’s International Cooperation framework in collaboration with its international partners.
This last extension brings the total number of offices participating in TMview to 56 and with the addition of almost 750.000 trade marks from Malaysia TMview now provides information and access to more than 41 million trade marks in total.
Since the introduction of TMview on 13 April 2010 the tool has served close to 26 million searches from 155 different countries, with visitors from Spain, Germany and Italy among the most frequent users.

SIC joins Designview
As of 21 November 2016, The Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) has made its industrial design data available to the Designview search tool.
The integration of SIC is a concrete result of the EUIPO’s International Cooperation framework in collaboration with its international partners.
With SIC on board, Designview now contains data from 53 offices.
With the addition of more than 9.000 designs from SIC, Designview now provides information and access to almost 10,2 million designs in total.
Since the introduction of Designview on 19 November 2012, the tool has served more than 2,1 million searches from 146 different countries, with Germany, Spain and the UK among the most frequent users.

ARIPO joins Designview
As of 31 October 2016, the African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO) has made its industrial design data available to the Designview search tool.
The integration of ARIPO is a concrete result of the EUIPO’s International Cooperation framework in collaboration with its international partners.
With ARIPO on-board, Designview now contains data from 52 offices.
With the addition of more than 1.100 designs from ARIPO, Designview now provides information and access to more than 10,1 million designs in total.
Since the introduction of Designview on 19 November 2012, the tool has served more than 2,1 million searches from 146 different countries, with Germany, Spain and the UK among the most frequent users.

Brazil joins DesignView
As of 17 October 2016, the National Institute for Intellectual Property of Brazil (INPI) has made its industrial design data available to the Designview search tool.
The integration of INPI is a concrete result of the EUIPO’s International Cooperation framework in collaboration with its international partners.
With INPI on-board, Designview now contains data from 51 offices.
With the addition of almost 90.000 designs from INPI, Designview now provides information and access to more than 10 million designs in total.
Since the introduction of Designview on 19 November 2012, the tool has served more than 2 million searches from 145 different countries, with Germany, Spain and the UK among the most frequent users.

Georgia joins TMview and Designview
As of 07 July 2016, the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia (NIPCG) has made its trade mark and design data available to the TMview and Designview search tools.
The integration of NIPCG is a concrete result of the International Cooperation programme managed by EUIPO in collaboration with its international partners.
With NIPCG on-board, TMview now contains data from 56 participating offices and Designview from 50 offices.
With the addition of more than 28.000 trade marks from NIPCG, TMview provides information and access to about 40 million trade marks in total. Designview contains more than 9,6 million designs, including almost 1800 from NIPCG.
Since the introduction of TMview on 13 April 2010, the tool has served more than 21,9 million searches from 151 different countries, with Spain, Germany and Italy among the most frequent users. As to Designview it went live on 19 November 2012 and has since then served more than 1,8 million searches from 143 different countries, with users from Germany, Spain and the UK among the most frequent users.

Albania joins TMview and Designview
As of 04 July 2016, the Albanian General Directorate of Patents and Trademarks (GDPT) has made its trade mark and design data available to the TMview and Designview search tools.The integration of GDPT is a concrete result of the International Cooperation programme managed by EUIPO in collaboration with its international partners.With GDPT on-board, TMview now contains data from 55 participating offices and Designview from 49 offices. With the addition of more than 12.000 trade marks from GDPT, TMview provides information and access to about 40 million trade marks in total. Designview contains more than 9,6 million designs, including almost 200 from GDPT.Since the introduction of TMview on 13 April 2010, the tool has served more than 21,8 million searches from 151 different countries, with Spain, Germany and Italy among the most frequent users. Switzerland joins TMview

As of 26 October 2015 the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IGE - IPI) has made its trade mark data available to the TMview trade mark search tool.

The integration of IGE - IPI is a concrete result of the International Cooperation programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its international partners.

With IGE - IPI on-board, there are now 42 participating offices in TMview. With the addition of almost 360.000 trade marks from Switzerland, TMview now provides information and access to more than 28 million trade marks in total.

Since the introduction of TMview on 13 April 2010, the tool has served more than 15,9 million searches from 149 different countries, with users from Spain, Germany and Italy among the most frequent visitors.

The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia joins Designview

As of 05 October 2015, The State Office of Industrial Property (SOIP) of The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) has made its industrial design data available to the Designview search tool.

The integrations of SOIP are concrete results of the International Cooperation programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its international partners.

With SOIP on-board, there are now 36 participating offices in Designview. With the addition of more than 800 designs from SOIP, Designview now provides information and access to almost 8,7 million industrial designs in total. 

Since the introduction of Designview on 19 November 2012, the tool has served more than 1,2 million searches from 140 different countries, with users from Germany, Spain and the UK among the most frequent visitors.

Canada, China and the USA join Designview As of 14 September 2015, the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO), the State Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China (SIPO) and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) have made their industrial design data available to the Designview search tool.  

The integrations of CIPO, SIPO and USPTO are concrete results of the International Cooperation programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its international partners.

With CIPO, SIPO and USPTO on-board, there are now 35 participating offices in Designview. With the addition of more than 150.000 designs from CIPO, 3,3 million designs from SIPO and almost 725.000 designs from USPTO, Designview now provides information and access to more than 8,6 million industrial designs in total.

Since the introduction of Designview on 19 November 2012, the tool has served about 1,2 million searches from 137 different countries, with users from Germany, Spain and the UK among the most frequent visitors.

The integration of ELS - IPO is a concrete result of the International Cooperation programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its international partners.With ELS - IPO on-board, there are now 31 participating offices in Designview. As of 23 March 2015, the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHIL) has made its trade mark data available to the TMview search tool. IPOPHIL first joined ASEAN TMview which was developed by the Intellectual Property Offices of the ASEAN Member States with the support of the EU-ASEAN Project on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (ECAP III Phase II) administered by OHIM. IPOPHIL’s decision to join TMview is a result of the International Cooperation programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its partners worldwide.This last extension brings the total number of offices participating in TMview to 38 and with the addition of about 325.000 trade marks from the Philippines, TMview now provides information and access to almost 25,3 million trade marks in total.Since the introduction of TMview on 13 April 2010, the tool has served more than 12,1 million searches from 151 different countries, with users from Spain, Germany and Italy among the most frequent visitors.
 

The Republic of Turkey joins Designview
As of 16 March 2015, the Turkish Patent Office (TPI) has made their design data available to the Designview search tool. The incorporation of TPI is due to the efforts of the International Cooperation programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its international partners. With TPI on-board, there are now 28 participating offices in Designview. As of 19 February 2015, the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (HIPO) has made its design data available to the DesignView search tool. The integration of HIPO is a concrete result of the Cooperation Fund Programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its European partners.This last extension brings the total number of offices participating in DesignView to 27. Besides Hungary these are: Austria, Bulgaria, Benelux, Czech Republic, Estonia, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Cyprus, Denmark and the OHIM. The total number of countries on-board also includes incorporations of non-EU offices: South Korea, Mexico, Morocco, Norway and Russia. With the addition of almost 13.000 Hungarian designs, DesignView now provides information and access to more than 3,6 million designs in total.Since the introduction of DesignView in November 2012, the tool has served more than 834.000 searches from 135 different countries, with users from Germany, Spain, the UK and France among the most frequent visitors.

The Republic of Korea and Ireland join Designview
As of 15 December 2014, the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) and the Irish Patents Office (IPO) have made their design data available to the Designview search tool. The integration of IPO is a concrete result of the Cooperation Fund programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its European partners.The incorporation of KIPO is due to the efforts of the International Cooperation programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its international partners. With KIPO and IPO on-board, there are now 26 participating offices in Designview. As of 09 December 2014, the Austrian Patent Office (ÖPA) has made its design data available to the DesignView search tool. The integration of the ÖPA is a concrete result of the Cooperation Fund Programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its European partners.This last extension brings the total number of offices participating in DesignView to 24. Besides Austria these are: Bulgaria, Benelux, Czech Republic, Estonia, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, Cyprus, Denmark and the OHIM. The total number of countries on-board also includes 4 recent incorporations of non-EU offices: Mexico, Morocco, Norway and Russia. Denmark, Mexico, Morocco, Norway and the Russia Federation join Designview
As of 08 December 2014
, the Danish Patent and Trademark Office (DKPTO), the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI), the Moroccan Industrial and Commercial Property Office (OMPIC), the Norwegian Industrial Property Office (NIPO) and the Federal Service for Intellectual Property of Russia (Rospatent) have made their design data available to the Designview search tool. The integration of DKPTO is a concrete result of the Cooperation Fund programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its European partners.The incorporations of IMPI, OMPIC, NIPO and Rospatent are due to the efforts of the International Cooperation programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its international partners. At the same time these four offices mark the integrations of the first non-EU offices in Designview. With DKPTO, IMPI, OMPIC, NIPO and Rospatent on-board, there are now 23 participating offices in Designview. And with the addition of about 27.000 Danish designs, nearly 50.000 Moroccan designs, more than 27.000 Mexican designs, almost 26.000 Norwegian designs and more than 55.000 Russian designs, Designview now provides information and access to almost 2,7 million designs in total.Since the introduction of Designview on 19 November 2012, the tool has served nearly 783.000 searches from 135 different countries, with users from Spain, Germany and the UK among the most frequent visitors.

As of 24 November 2014, the Icelandic Patent Office (ELS - IPO) has made its trade mark data available to the TMview search tool. The integration of ELS - IPO is a concrete result of the International Cooperation programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its international partners.
This last extension brings the total number of offices participating in TMview to 37 and with the addition of more than 47.000 Icelandic trade marks, TMview now provides information and access to almost 24,6 million trade marks in total.
Since the introduction of TMview on 13 April 2010, the tool has served more than 10 million searches from 214 different countries, with users from Spain, Germany and Italy among the most frequent visitors.

Tunisia joins TMview

As of 20 October 2014, The Tunisian National Institute for Standardization and Industrial Property (INNORPI) has made its trade mark data available to the TMview search tool.
The integration of INNORPI is a concrete result of the International Cooperation programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its international partners.
The incorporation of INNORPI also means that the first trade marks in Arabic will be searchable in TMview.
This last extension brings the total number of offices participating in TMview to 36 and with the addition of more than 65.000 Tunisian trade marks, TMview now provides information and access to almost 24,5 million trade marks in total.
Since the introduction of TMview on 13 April 2010, the tool has served more than 9 million searches from 214 different countries, with users from Spain, Germany and Italy among the most frequent visitors.


The Republic of Korea joins TMview

As of 12 February 2014, The Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) has made its trade mark data available to the TMview search tool.

The integration of KIPO is a concrete result of the International Cooperation programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its international partners.

This last extension brings the total number of offices participating in TMview to 35 and with the addition of more than 2,7 million Korean trade marks, TMview now provides information and access to more than 23 million trade marks in total.

Since the introduction of TMview on 13 April 2010, the tool has served more than 5 million searches from 205 different countries, with users from Spain, Germany and Italy among the most frequent visitors.


Russia and the USA join TMview

As of 18 December 2013, the Federal Service for Intellectual Property of Russia (Rospatent) and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) have made their trade mark data available to the TMview search tool.

The integration of Rospatent and USPTO is a concrete result of the International Cooperation programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its international partners.

This last extension brings the total number of offices participating in TMview to 34 and with the addition of more than 400.000 Russian and 6,8 million US trade marks, TMview now provides information and access to more than 20 million trade marks in total.

Since the introduction of TMview on 13 April 2010, the tool has served more than 5 million searches from 205 different countries, with users from Spain, Germany and Italy among the most frequent visitors.

Greece and Morocco join TMview
Since 11 November 2013 two new National Offices have made their trade mark data available to the TMview search tool. Greek Ministry for Development and Competiveness (GGE) and Moroccan Industrial and Commercial Property Office (OMPIC).
These integrations are concrete results of both the International Cooperation and Cooperation Fund programmes managed by OHIM in collaboration with its EU and international partners.
This latest extension brings the total number of offices participating in TMview to 32. With the addition of the first trade marks from non-EU Offices, TMview now provides access to approximately 13,2 million trade marks in total.

Turkey joins TMview
Since 02 September 2013 the Turkish Patent Institute has made its trade mark data available to the TMview search tool.

This integration is a concrete result of the International Cooperation programme managed by OHIM in collaboration with its international partners.
This last extension brings the total number of offices participating in TMview to 30 and with the addition of more than 1 million Turkish trade marks, TMview now provides information and access to more than 12 million trade marks in total.
Since the introduction of TMview on 13 April 2010, the tool has served more than 4,3 million searches from 199 different countries, with users from Spain, Germany and Italy among the most frequent visitors.

Croatia, Cyprus, Mexico, and Norway join TMview

Since 01 July 2013 four new National Offices have made their trade mark data available to the TMview search tool. Cyprus and Croatia joined as members of the EU and Mexico and Norway as non-EU countries.
These integrations are concrete results of both the International Cooperation and Cooperation Fund programmes managed by OHIM in collaboration with its EU and international partners.
This latest extension brings the total number of offices participating in TMview to 29. With the addition of the first trade marks from non-EU Offices, TMview now provides access to approximately 11m trade marks in total.
Having almost completed the integration of nearly all EU Offices, including Croatia, TMview has set off for a new milestone to acquire a relevant critical mass of trade mark data and geographical coverage and to become a major reference search tool for trade marks.
Since its introduction on 13 April 2010, the tool has served almost 4m searches from 196 different countries, with users from Spain, Germany and Italy among the most frequent visitors.

Austria and Germany join TMviewTrade marks from the Austrian Patent Office and the German Patent and Trade Mark Office have now been added to the TMview search tool which provides free access to trade mark applications and registrations from a number of leading trade mark offices.

The latest expansion brings the total number of offices which have made their trade mark data available to TMview to 23. Besides Austria and Germany these are: Bulgaria, Benelux, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the UK, WIPO and OHIM. With the addition of about 184.000 Austrian trade marks and more than 1,6m German trade marks, TMview now provides access to more than 9,1m trade marks in total.

TMview, which went live on 13 April 2010, is proving popular with users. Since then it has welcomed more than 910.000 visitors from 185 different countries, with users from Spain, Germany and Italy among the most frequent visitors.

THE PROJECT "PROMOTION OF THE COMMUNITY TRADE MARK AND DESIGN IN BULGARIA"
By virtue of the full membership of Bulgaria in the European Union as from January 1, 2007, the Bulgarian Patent Office (BPO) has undertaken the engagment to participate both - in the OHIM governing structures and in OHIM cooperation activities.

In the framework of the Cooperation Programme between the OHIM and the national IP offices, an agreement for Technical Coopeartion has been signed between OHIM and BPO on 02 March 2007, with the main purpose to promote the Community Trade Marks and Designs in Bulgaria.

In pursuance of this Agreement a special directiry has been created in the BPO web site - "Current Projects", to publish and maintain up-to-date information regarding the Comminity Trade Marks and Designs.
